Srinagar, Nov 15 (KNO): Four persons died and several others sustained injuries in a collision between two vehicles in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Saturday evening. An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a dumper collided with a Sumo passenger vehicle at Waterwani on the Budgam Ring Road, leaving four passengers dead on the spot and many others wounded. Local residents, passersby and policemen immediately rushed to the site and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital for treatment. Rescue operation is on while Police have taken cognizance of the incident and identification of the deceased is being ascertained. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has expressed shock and grief over the tragic accident. "Have directed the administration to provide every possible assistance and ensure urgent medical care for the injured. The cause of the accident shall be thoroughly investigated," CM Omar wrote on X—(KNO) *Further details are awaited*
